My approach brings creative mentorship and embodied inquiry together, making space for both what you are creating and who you are becoming through the process. I believe our life and work is inseparable from the way we relate to ourselves, and that finding alignment and authentic expression asks us to listen more deeply, trust our inner knowing, and stay close to what feels alive. Rather than forcing clarity or following a prescribed path, we learn to recognize what is emerging and meet it with discernment and surrender to the process. There is an intelligence to life and when we move in relationship with it, we become more able to hear what is calling us.
